Training Coordinator - Full Time, Permanent, Remote 

As the Training Program Coordinator for our psychedelic training programs, you will play a crucial role in the planning, coordination, and execution of training initiatives related to psychedelic-assisted therapy. You will work closely with the Training Team to ensure the successful delivery of training programs while supporting both instructors and learners. This individual is exceptionally organized, can balance multiple priorities, and is a team player that embodies our mission, vision, purpose, and values in all interactions with staff and clients.

Responsibilities: 

Program Coordination:

  • Assist in the development, planning, and scheduling of psychedelic training programs, workshops, and events.
  • Coordinate logistics for training sessions, including Zoom set-up, materials preparation, and participant registration according to program calendar
  • Provide administrative support to Training team including scheduling of meetings, preparing of agendas, recording and maintain meeting minutes, and development of reports.
  • Maintain data trackers and dashboards with relevant participant data
  • Provide support with Marketing activities, including engagement with online communities and social media groups to help promote Numinus Training programs.

Participant Support:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for program participants, addressing inquiries and providing information about training programs.
  • Assist participants in the registration process, ensuring a smooth experience.
  • Monitor training team email and other communications
  • Provide basic technical support for learners
  • Process refunds and escalate disputes to management as appropriate
  • Maintain online learning library and resources
  • Support and troubleshoot challenges with internal and external trainees to ensure optimal learning experience

Training Materials Management:

  • Coordinate the production and distribution of training materials, including manuals, handouts, and multimedia resources.
  • Ensure that all materials are up-to-date and relevant to the training content.
  • Develop and maintain moderator notes in alignment with session agendas
  • Complete grading in LMS platform as required

Instructor Support:

  • Liaise with instructors to ensure they have the necessary resources and support for successful training delivery.
  • Schedule and coordinate training team meetings and debriefs
  • Provide moderation support to ensure optimal engagement and delivery of live sessions

Accreditation:

  • Develop, submit, and renew accreditation applications for Numinus Training programs, ensuring that the programs adhere to all relevant regulatory guidelines.

Program Improvements:

  • Collate learner feedback and provide summarized reports on the quality and effectiveness of training programs through participant survey and assessment data.
  • Collaborate with training team staff to implement improvements as needed.
  • Additional support duties as required

Sr. Accountant - Full Time, Permanent, Remote 

Reporting to the Controller, the Senior Accountant will be a key player in owning the financial reporting and compliance for Numinus operations. Working closely with the operational and corporate finance team, the Senior Accountant will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting and preparing reconciliations while adhering to the company’s strict reporting deadlines. The Senior Accountant will identify strengths and opportunities for optimization within business processes and the Company’s control framework to minimize risk and increase the quality of financial information.

In addition to these core deliverables, the Senior Accountant will lead key initiatives including defining and enhancing business processes by working with cross-functional stakeholders to provide their accounting expertise to ensure all aspects are conducive from an accounting, compliance as well as business perspective.

Individual Accountabilities:  

  • Prepare monthly full-cycle financial statements for Numinus operations and obtain a thorough understanding of variances in account balances to provide meaningful commentary.
  • Liaise with the Clinic Operations team and request financial information and explanations over monthly results
  • Perform monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial statements and KPI reporting for Numinus operations
  • Collaborate with the Corporate Finance team to implement internal control processes in compliance with securities regulations
  • Prepare manual journal entries and prepare complex accounting entries
  • Assist with external audits as appropriate
  • Oversee US operations cash management program
  • Be an agent of change through a continuous improvement process.

Overview: We are seeking four highly motivated and skilled individuals to join our team as a Research Training Coordinators to support training for a Phase 3 clinical trial involving psychedelics. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting and coordinating the training of individual clinic research staff to provide oversight to participants in the trial. Additionally, you will provide technical and administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our training programs. This is a one-year contractor role with the opportunity to renew for an additional year and is a remote position with set hours varying from 24-32 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities: 

Training Program Development:

  • Provide administrative and/or coordination support required for clinical research site staff training program's development.
  • Conduct beta testing within the LMS system and work with the regulatory and QA departments to ensure training materials comply with regulatory guidelines, trial protocols, and best practices in clinical research.
  • Complete weekly progress reports on training program development for review with broader team.

Training Coordination and Delivery:

  • Ensure clinical research site staff have all required training materials, presentations, and resources tailored to their specific training track.
  • Organize and schedule training sessions for clinical research site staff, ensuring availability and alignment with trial timelines.
  • Moderate and provide technical support for all training sessions and roundtables either in-person or virtually, ensuring content is delivered effectively and participants are highly engaged.

Technical Support:

  • Provide technical assistance to dosing monitors regarding access and completion of training content, including login and access to the LMS and virtual live sessions.
  • Collaborate with vendors and sites to address any technical issues or maintenance needs promptly.
  • Ensure dosing monitors are set up with sufficient technology and software relevant to their needs for completing their training.

Administrative Support:

  • Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, and evaluations for dosing monitors.
  • Assist in the preparation and distribution of training materials, documents, and resources.
  • Support the collection and documentation of licensure status, regulatory compliance, and disciplinary actions prior to enrolment in training programs.

Responsibilities:

We are looking for someone who is highly motivated, organized, and able to work independently to join our team. This Clinical Research Coordinator position will be in our Draper Clinic.

  • Coordinating and performing responsibilities related to research participants including pre-screening, scheduling, overseeing patient visits, and obtaining informed consent
  • Preparing, submitting, and maintaining IRB regulatory documents
  • Ensuring quality data and compliance to the protocol
  • Entering data into EDC systems

Overview: We are seeking four highly motivated and skilled individuals to join our team as a Research Training Coordinators to support training for a Phase 3 clinical trial involving psychedelics. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting and coordinating the training of individual clinic research staff to provide oversight to participants in the trial. Additionally, you will provide technical and administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our training programs. This is a one-year contractor role with the opportunity to renew for an additional year and is a remote position with set hours varying from 24-32 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities: 

Training Program Development:

  • Provide administrative and/or coordination support required for clinical research site staff training program's development.
  • Conduct beta testing within the LMS system and work with the regulatory and QA departments to ensure training materials comply with regulatory guidelines, trial protocols, and best practices in clinical research.
  • Complete weekly progress reports on training program development for review with broader team.

Training Coordination and Delivery:

  • Ensure clinical research site staff have all required training materials, presentations, and resources tailored to their specific training track.
  • Organize and schedule training sessions for clinical research site staff, ensuring availability and alignment with trial timelines.
  • Moderate and provide technical support for all training sessions and roundtables either in-person or virtually, ensuring content is delivered effectively and participants are highly engaged.
  • Generate evaluation summaries and reports to help evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback mechanisms, and survey results.
  • Ensure sites are properly set-up in the learning management system to enable learner and data tracking to support trial roll-out.

Ongoing Support and Monitoring:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clinical research site staff completing Numinus training, offering continuous support, guidance, and clarification on training materials and completion of appropriate content.
  • Conduct check-ins with clinical research site staff to identify areas for improvement and address any concerns or challenges faced by clinical trial sites.
  • Monitor learner activities throughout the learning management system, ensuring timely completion of training track to support clinical trial site operations and site initiation readiness.

Technical Support:

  • Provide technical assistance to dosing monitors regarding access and completion of training content, including login and access to the LMS and virtual live sessions.
  • Collaborate with vendors and sites to address any technical issues or maintenance needs promptly.
  • Ensure dosing monitors are set up with sufficient technology and software relevant to their needs for completing their training.

Administrative Support:

  • Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, and evaluations for dosing monitors.
  • Assist in the preparation and distribution of training materials, documents, and resources.
  • Support the collection and documentation of licensure status, regulatory compliance, and disciplinary actions prior to enrolment in training programs.
  • Conduct ongoing spot checks related to registration status and disciplinary action as required.
  • Any other administrative duties as required.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization in the training program based on feedback, lessons learned, and emerging best practices.
  • Stay updated on advancements in LSD research, clinical trial methodologies, and training techniques to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the training program.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific field (e.g., Biology, Pharmacology, Clinical Research, education) required.
  • Prior experience in clinical research, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare, with a strong understanding of clinical trial operations and regulatory requirements.
  • Experience in designing and delivering training programs, preferably in a healthcare or clinical research setting.
  • Familiarity with psychedelic substances, as well as an understanding of the unique considerations associated with their use in clinical trials is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and educate diverse audiences.
  • Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Sr. Accountant - Full Time, Permanent, Remote 

Reporting to the Controller, the Senior Accountant will be a key player in owning the financial reporting and compliance for Numinus operations. Working closely with the operational and corporate finance team, the Senior Accountant will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting and preparing reconciliations while adhering to the company’s strict reporting deadlines. The Senior Accountant will identify strengths and opportunities for optimization within business processes and the Company’s control framework to minimize risk and increase the quality of financial information.

In addition to these core deliverables, the Senior Accountant will lead key initiatives including defining and enhancing business processes by working with cross-functional stakeholders to provide their accounting expertise to ensure all aspects are conducive from an accounting, compliance as well as business perspective.

Individual Accountabilities:  

  • Prepare monthly full-cycle financial statements for Numinus operations and obtain a thorough understanding of variances in account balances to provide meaningful commentary.
  • Liaise with the Clinic Operations team and request financial information and explanations over monthly results
  • Perform monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial statements and KPI reporting for Numinus operations
  • Collaborate with the Corporate Finance team to implement internal control processes in compliance with securities regulations
  • Prepare manual journal entries and prepare complex accounting entries
  • Assist with external audits as appropriate
