Anxiety

A complex response to real or perceived threats.

What is it?

Experiencing occasional anxiety is common as it’s part of the body’s ability to deal with stress.  However, those with anxiety disorders experience intense and prolonged periods of tension and worried thought patterns, which can impact their daily lives.

Anxiety disorders are the most common mental health condition, affecting nearly 30% of adults at some point in their lives.

Treatment can help those experiencing anxiety to build coping strategies. We offer a range of services for those struggling with anxiety. To learn more, schedule an informational call with one of our health navigators.
