Kamryn Dean

Kamryn is a board-certified and licensed physician assistant with experience in treating depression, anxiety, ADHD, PTSD, OCD, psychotic disorders, mood disorders, and eating disorders. She considers it a privilege to act as a trusted confidant and medical advisor in a setting where patients are their most vulnerable. She embraces a holistic approach in her practice, emphasizing proper nutrition, regular physical exercise, counseling, and meaningful connections in conjunction with medication where appropriate/desired. She also supports the many options for treatment-resistant conditions offered at Numinus, including psychedelic-assisted therapies, TMS, and other treatments. Kamryn believes strongly in empowering her patients to be active participants in their treatment plans and makes it a point to provide comprehensive and understandable education during her visits.

Kamryn earned her Bachelor of Family Science degree from Utah Valley University with high honors. She later graduated from Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions with her Master of Physician Assistant Studies. Outside of work, Kamryn enjoys camping, hiking, traveling, playing board games, watching movies, and trying new recipes (especially baked goods) with her husband and two children.

Shelagh Robinson

Dr. Shelagh Robinson is a Senior Psychologist at Numinus Montreal, and licensed by the Order of Psychologists of Quebec. She graduated from McGill University in 2001, and joined Mindspace in 2022.

Across her educational and professional training in Alberta, Ontario and Quebec, Shelagh has developed an approach that makes use of an array of therapeutic tools.

Her practice may be described as Integrative – a custom frame structured by the specific needs of the client, melding concepts and techniques to promote positive change. In particular, Shelagh incorporates Mindfulness and Process-centered attention in her sessions, focusing on breath, language and eyes. She emphasizes building on existing strengths and aptitudes, and scaffolding the inner healer.

Shelagh has long been drawn to entheogenic studies to promote healing, and in the recent years has pursued training in psychedelic-assisted therapy. Her education focuses on molecular foundations, harm reduction, trauma-informed care, and the clinical use of these therapies to enhance client well-being. Shelagh offers specialized appointments to individuals choosing these methods, including Education, Preparation and Integration sessions.

Carly Noodleman

Carly obtained her Masters of Social Work from McGill University, and is a member of the Professional Order of Social Workers, Family, and Marriage Therapists of Quebec. She has extensive experience in the Health and Social Service network, including an expertise in Youth Protection, behaviour modification, crisis intervention and risk assessment. Carly works with individuals of all ages, as well as couples and families, to navigate issues such as anxiety, self-esteem, couple difficulties, parenting, and work-life balance.
Carly thrives on creating a positive rapport in order to provide you with a safe space to talk about personal struggles, without feeling judged. Her approach is based on compassion and empowerment, while cultivating insight and self-awareness. Her interventions are strength based, while taking into account prior lived experiences or traumas. Her focus is to provide you with an outlet and the tools to help you achieve your personal goals in a healthy way.

Samara Morton

Samara has a strong interest in rehabilitation for clients with brain injuries, concussion, post-concussion syndrome and headaches, as well as treatment for mental health. She has experience working with individuals across the lifespan in a variety of settings (community, clinic, hospital, virtual), completing assessment, consultation, and treatment.

Samara develops a therapeutic rapport to create a safe space for clients to share their experiences and work towards achieving their personal and rehabilitation goals. She enjoys collaborating with her clients through a multitude of approaches and treatment modalities to increase their independence, safety, quality of life and functionality. Samara is skilled in practicing in a client-centred, holistic, and non-judgemental manner.

Samara completed her Master’s of Science in Occupational Therapy, as well as an Honours Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Queen’s University. She is registered with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario and is a current member of the Ontario Society of Occupational Therapists.

Rebecca Ziemann

Rebecca is a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapist of Ontario (CRPO) and the Canadian Association of Psychodynamic Therapy (CAPT). She supports her client’s goals to achieve a new balance in their day-to-day life and rediscovering purpose and meaning.

Rebecca’s competencies range from your everyday improvements and insights to severe complex mental health challenges. She has extensive knowledge with Motor Vehicle Accidents (MVA), Worker Safety Insurance Board (WSIB) and clients dealing with personality or mood disorders.

Approaches provided: Psychedelic-Assisted-Psychotherapy (PAT), treatment for Nonepileptic seizures (NES), short-term/brief therapy, cognitive behavioural therapy for psychosis (CBTp), dialectical behavioural therapy (DBT), Transactional Analysis (TA), Jungian dream analysis, dream revision, acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), meditation and mindfulness for those suffering Functional Neurological Disorders (FND), Trauma, Chronic pain, PTSD (Post-Traumatic-Stress-Disorder), Complex PTSD, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Adjustment challenges, Attachment, Anxiety, Depression, Grief, Boundaries, Emotion Regulation and/or Relationship problems.
She has training conducting self-reporting assessments.

Emily Wilk

Emily is an Occupational therapist who completed her undergraduate degree in Kinesiology at the University of Waterloo, and Masters of Occupational Therapy at the University of Toronto. After spending many years on the basketball court, and enjoying being active outdoors, her interest in human movement, neurology and concussions flourished. She is very passionate about helping her clients achieve their goals in daily life, sport, work etc. by empowering them with life style strategies and education to improve their functioning. She uses a holistic approach when working with others to help them understand and overcome their challenges, with the ultimate goal of fostering self management within her clients.

Danielle Hildebrand

Danielle completed her Master of Science in Occupational Therapy and Master of Professional Kinesiology at the University of Toronto, as well as an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Kinesiology from Western University. She is licensed by the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario and is a member of the Canadian Association of Occupational Therapists.

Danielle is experienced in the assessment and management of concussion/persistent concussion symptoms and chronic headache with both children and adults. Danielle is passionate about helping her clients return to school, work, sports, and everyday life. She uses a client-centred approach to create individualized treatment and active rehabilitation plans, to help her clients achieve their goals.

Carol S. Tanner

Carol Tanner has been a physician assistant for 21 years, specializing in pediatric, adolescent, and adult care. Her patients value the expert care she provides as well as the time she spends helping manage their health care needs. Carol holds a B.S. in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Southern California, a Master’s in Exercise Physiology from Temple University, and a Master’s in Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Utah, graduating at the top of her class. She has primarily specialized in adolescent and adult health care for the past 21 years, and enjoys helping individuals work through depression, anxiety, phobias, PTSD, post-partum depression, sleep disorders, eating disorders, trauma, and grief/loss, as well as learning and attention disorders. Carol has enjoyed providing comprehensive health care services, especially counseling with patients in various areas of mental and physical health and promoting healthier lifestyles. She is passionate about providing care to her patients and advocates improving mental health with medication combined with exercise, nutrition, meditation, and therapy. She has a passion for helping individuals and is devoted to showing them how to work through their emotions to find greater inner happiness and peace. Carol is not judgmental and focuses on creating a warm and empathetic environment where individuals feel comfortable voicing their struggles and working through these challenges and transitions together, along with finding avenues for support. Carol works in partnership with her patients, helping them understand their health, wellness, medication management and behavioral modification needs. She strives to stay current on her areas of expertise, as well as the latest treatments in mental health, to provide the best patient care. Carol enjoys spending time with her husband, five grown children and eight grandchildren. She loves traveling, working on family history, reading, and watching her children perform in the fine arts.

Reynie Sandoval

Reynie has over 23 years of experience in providing therapeutic services in Utah communities. He earned a B.S. in Psychology and a master’s degree in social work (MSW) from Brigham Young University. Reynie was a member of Psi Chi, the International Honor Society in Psychology and was offered a director position before completing his final clinical hours as a graduate student intern. Reynie’s interpersonal and clinical skills allow him to connect with people from diverse walks of life and assist them in living lives of fulfillment and well-being. Reynie is trained in and practices Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and is well-versed in other modalities and interventions such as Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy). He is also trained in Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP). He specializes in working with individuals suffering from depression, anxiety, trauma, PTSD, grief/loss, substance, substance/behavioral addictions, and faith transitions. Reynie resides in Provo, Utah with his wife and two children. He currently enjoys spending time with his amazing family, playing and recording music, biking, and engaging in his fulfilling career.

Sevon Taroian

Sevon Is a LCSW located in the Murray location. He specializes in Trauma and Anxiety disorder. He will make sure that you feel welcome and comfortable with the therapy process. His desire is to make sure your goals are met and start to feel the relief you are seeking. Seeking help can be difficult and uncomfortable. He wants his clients to know that they are a part of the process and teamwork is the dream work.
