Cody Callon

About

Cody has 20 years’ experience as a social worker and researcher in the field of addictions and mental health. He has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Simon Fraser University and a Master of Social Work degree from the University of British Columbia.

Cody is a graduate of the California Institute of Integral Studies Psychedelic-assisted Psychotherapy and Research certificate program, has been trained and certified in mdma-assisted therapy by the Multidisciplinary Association of Psychedelic Studies, and has completed training in ketamine-assisted therapy with the Ketamine Training Centre amongst others.

Cody is the Lead of Psychedelic Programs at Numinus where he provides ketamine-, psilocybin-, and mdma-assisted therapy to clients. In addition to his client work Cody contributes to the development of a variety of clinical and research programs at Numinus. He has served as a therapist on a study using MDMA-assisted psychotherapy to treat post-traumatic stress disorder and is currently serving as a lead therapist on a study involving psilocybin-assisted therapy.

Cody is extremely passionate about psychedelic-assisted therapy, research and integration work. Cody draws from his academic training, professional experiences, psychedelic research, and his own medicine work and contemplation practices to inform his work.
