This person is responsible for exploring a potential client’s needs to best match them with an allied health practitioner or service (psychotherapy, occupational therapy, physiotherapy, massage therapy, and nutrition). They schedule intake calls throughout their work week with the goal of establishing trust and connection, providing detailed information and concrete guidance to clients after first using a structured intake interview to briefly assess the current and historical issues and previous treatment attempts.
