A humanistic existential therapeutic approach with sound principles and psychology helps people as much as mindfulness, meditation and medicine. A therapeutic relationship can be an agent of positive change and growth in your life. The human condition requires some health and healing. As a fellow traveler I hope to help people along their journey.
