Elizabeth McCoy

My eclectic background has offered me the opportunity to work and live with individuals and family systems inclusive of all abilities and ages (people of all abilities, sudden/chronic illnesses, grief and loss, trauma). I work with people who experience anxiety, depression, grief, negative self-talk such as “I am powerless”, “I am worthless”, “I am unlovable”, and other intrusive repetitive thoughts. My individual sessions and group classes allow you to find stability during the highs and lows of daily life, with your family of choice and your community. I believe in living a balanced life that honors mind, body and spirit. The focus of my practice is you. Together we will build a safe and trusting therapeutic alliance. I use holistic evidence & process-based practices that empower you to make informed decisions guided by your core values. It is my desire that you leave my office feeling, heard and supported even during the most difficult of times.
