Michelle Goldsand

Michelle completed her Master of Occupational Science and Occupational Therapy at the University of Toronto, and her Honours Bachelor of Sciences at McMaster University. She is licensed by the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario and is a member of the Ontario Society of Occupational Therapists.

Michelle also works as an Occupational Therapist within UHN’s Toronto Rehab Brain Program, providing inpatient rehabilitation services to patients with brain injuries and other neurological conditions. She also has experience working with individuals with brain injury and concussion secondary to motor vehicle collisions in the community.

Michelle is passionate about the importance of considering all aspects of health– including physical, cognitive, and emotional– while working with clients to achieve their goals and maximize their safety, independence, and quality of life. Michelle takes a collaborative approach to understand what each client’s priorities are, and support them in returning to the activities they need and want to do. Michelle is also a lifelong learner, and seeks educational workshops and courses to ensure she is always providing high quality, updated evidence-based care to her clients.

Carol S. Tanner

Carol Tanner has been a physician assistant for 21 years, specializing in pediatric, adolescent, and adult care. Her patients value the expert care she provides as well as the time she spends helping manage their health care needs. Carol holds a B.S. in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Southern California, a Master’s in Exercise Physiology from Temple University, and a Master’s in Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Utah, graduating at the top of her class. She has primarily specialized in adolescent and adult health care for the past 21 years, and enjoys helping individuals work through depression, anxiety, phobias, PTSD, post-partum depression, sleep disorders, eating disorders, trauma, and grief/loss, as well as learning and attention disorders. Carol has enjoyed providing comprehensive health care services, especially counseling with patients in various areas of mental and physical health and promoting healthier lifestyles. She is passionate about providing care to her patients and advocates improving mental health with medication combined with exercise, nutrition, meditation, and therapy. She has a passion for helping individuals and is devoted to showing them how to work through their emotions to find greater inner happiness and peace. Carol is not judgmental and focuses on creating a warm and empathetic environment where individuals feel comfortable voicing their struggles and working through these challenges and transitions together, along with finding avenues for support. Carol works in partnership with her patients, helping them understand their health, wellness, medication management and behavioral modification needs. She strives to stay current on her areas of expertise, as well as the latest treatments in mental health, to provide the best patient care. Carol enjoys spending time with her husband, five grown children and eight grandchildren. She loves traveling, working on family history, reading, and watching her children perform in the fine arts.

Lindsey Moncarz

Lindsey Moncarz completed her master’s degree in Counselling Psychology at McGill University as well as a certificate program in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy at Wilfrid Laurier University. She is a member of the Ordre des conseillers et conseillères d’orientation du Québec (OCCOQ) and is currently pursuing a license to practice psychotherapy from the Ordre des psychologues du Québec (OPQ) under the clinical supervision of Dr. Robin Moszkowski. Lindsey’s collaborative, empathic, and transparent approach is tailored to the unique needs and abilities of each client. She strives to create an authentic and supportive environment where clients feel safe to navigate their life challenges. Lindsey is experienced in working with individuals who struggle with a wide range of concerns. These include stress and anxiety, low mood and depression, fragile self-esteem and self-worth, interpersonal and relationship conflicts, ineffective communication skills, executive functioning difficulties, as well as overwhelming life transitions (ie: personal, academic, and/or vocational). She promotes the development of self-awareness, resilience, and self-compassion as she helps her clients pursue meaningful change and personal growth.

Vickie Lamoureux-Tremblay

André Morin

André specializes in the treatment of anxiety, obsessive-compulsive, and stress-related disorders. The services he offers are based on a cognitive-behavioral clinical orientation, and his approach to therapy is rooted in collaboration, empathic listening, and non-judgment.

During therapy sessions, a strong focus is given to the exploration of links that may be observed between thoughts, behaviors, and anxiety or stress-related difficulties. Intervention methods generally include both in-session exercises, and strategies meant to be implemented in daily life.

With his professional and academic background, André has received training in a variety of treatment modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, exposure and response prevention, inference-based therapy, and prolonged exposure therapy. He also utilizes treatment strategies found in acceptance and commitment therapy, behavioral activation, and mindfulness-based interventions.

Steinia Lewis

Steinia Lewis earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science in 2014 and her Master of Science degree in Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Utah where she graduated with awards and high honors in 2016. Steinia has 6 years of experience as a physician assistant in adult inpatient internal medicine. There, she gained wonderful experience diagnosing and treating a variety of serious medical conditions from all specialties and body systems, including psychiatry. Steinia has always had a passion for wellness, mindfulness and a holistic approach to mental health and therefore transitioned specialties to a mental health focus. She believes in the importance of combining medications and therapy with other evidence-based practices, including creating and maintaining healthy relationships, regular exercise, improved sleep, and adequate diet, to ensure the best outcomes for her patients. Steinia is committed to staying up-to-date on the best practices and treatment options for her patients, to be most beneficial for their goals and needs. Steinia is passionate about her career and always works to be a trusted member of her patient's healthcare team. Outside of the clinic, Steinia enjoys spending time with her beautiful family and friends, camping, hiking, running, and eating delicious food.

Joseph Llavina

Joe has almost 15 years of experience working in medicine in various capacities. He previously worked as a firefighter/paramedic and has a special place in his heart for first responders. Joe tries to take a holistic approach to care, with a focus on healing rather than simply treating when possible. His personal experience with ADHD has allowed him to serve as a guide for others with the diagnosis. He also has a passion for Psychedelic medicine and is preparing to deliver private psychedelic assisted therapy sessions. He also has experience in male hormone therapy and sleep apnea treatment.

Jaden Olson

Embarking on a healthcare journey in 2013 as an EMT in the Neuro ICU, Jaden's path has been marked by a decade of dedicated service in both Psychiatric-Mental Health and Critical Care. After attaining a Bachelor of Science in Nursing at the University of Utah, he gained two years of invaluable experience in the Huntsman Oncology ICU, coupled with an additional three at the Huntsman Mental Health Institute, finely honing his expertise. This rich and varied background provided the motivation for Jaden to pursue a Master of Science in Nursing, specializing as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP), from Northern Kentucky University.

With a deep-rooted commitment to compassionate and personalized care, Jaden brings a blend of advanced training, clinical experience, and genuine empathy to the therapeutic relationship. Their goal is not just to treat symptoms, but to truly understand you as an individual. By listening attentively to your unique experiences and challenges, they tailor holistic treatment plans that address your specific needs and aspirations.
