You must attend both live sessions, complete both pre-work modules and their corresponding knowledge checks (achieving 80% or higher), and fill out a course satisfaction survey before you can download the certificate.

If you do not achieve 80% on any knowledge check, you will have the chance to retake the knowledge check up to 3 times.
