Whether the challenges are deeply personal or tied to larger social circumstances, she offers a space where clients can process, build coping skills, and feel empowered to move forward. She understands firsthand what it means to struggle, which is part of what drew her to this work in the first place.
When she's not with clients, Brittany channels her creativity in all directions through co-hosting a comedy podcast with her husband as well as writing and performing her own music. She brings that same creative, lighthearted energy into her sessions.

A humanistic existential therapeutic approach with sound principles and psychology helps people as much as mindfulness, meditation and medicine. A therapeutic relationship can be an agent of positive change and growth in your life. The human condition requires some health and healing. As a fellow traveler I hope to help people along their journey.
