Michael Folaumahina, MSW, LCSW is a licensed clinical social worker providing individuals with thoughtful, evidence-based psychotherapy. Michael earned his Master of Social Work (MSW) from the University of Utah and his Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Utah Valley University. He specializes in working with adolescents and adults who are navigating anxiety, depression, PTSD/PTSI, OCD, ADHD, bipolar disorders, and complex life transitions.

Brittany Sherman, CMHC is a Clinical Mental Health Counselor and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP) with over a decade of experience in the mental health field. She offers virtual therapy sessions throughout Utah, bringing a warm, affirming, and sometimes humorous presence to every session. Brittany believes deeply that healing doesn't have to be heavy every step of the way, and she creates space for clients to feel genuinely safe, seen, and supported.
Brittany earned her Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Brigham Young University in Idaho, and went on to complete her Master's degree in Counseling Psychology, with emphasis in Child & Family as well as Addictions, from Frostburg State University in Maryland. She is licensed as a Clinical Mental Health Counselor in Utah and as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Massachusetts.
Her clinical experience spans a wide range of concerns, including trauma, anxiety, depression, PTSD/PTSI, grief and loss, ADHD, addiction, panic disorders, relationship & family issues, women's issues, identity issues, infertility, and stress management. Kathryn Dowden, who prefers to be called Kate, is a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner who brings 17 years of bedside nursing experience to her work in holistic mental health care. She provides evidence-based psychiatric treatment for adults ages 18–55, with a clinical focus on trauma, anxiety, depression, and psychedelic integration.
Kate has participated in federally approved psychedelic research and offers ketamine-assisted therapy in settings designed for safety, preparation, and integration. She is also deeply committed to harm reduction, supporting individuals who have experienced challenging or adverse psychedelic experiences with compassion and clinical expertise.
Additionally, as a Certified Integrative Mental Health Practitioner (CIMHP), Kate blends conventional psychiatric care with integrative modalities including medication management, nutritional psychiatry, targeted herbal medicine, and lifestyle counseling. Her somatic, person-centered approach aims to align mind, body, and environment by helping each person create sustainable, meaningful change. Kate welcomes patients who value a collaborative, whole-person approach and are curious about combining traditional and integrative paths to mental wellness.
Outside the clinic, Kate finds balance in nature through hiking with her small dog, tending her medicinal herb garden, and feeding backyard birds. She’s also passionate about strength training, cooking healthy (and delicious) meals, and singing wherever the acoustics feel right.
Dallin Bawden is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) with experience working in both inpatient and outpatient mental health settings. He earned his nursing undergraduate (RN) degree from the University of Utah in 2018. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Utah in 2018 and went on to complete his Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) in Psychiatric Mental Health at the University of Utah in 2024.
Dallin has experience treating a wide range of mental health conditions, including ADHD, Depression, Anxiety, Bipolar Disorder, OCD, and more. He specializes in ADHD and Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy.
Dallin believes in a holistic, patient-centered approach to care while recognizing effective treatment often combines medication, therapy, and lifestyle adjustments. His goal is to work collaboratively with each patient to create a customized treatment plan that aligns with their goals, values, and needs.
Dallin proudly provides LGBTQ+ affirming care and offers advanced treatment options such as ketamine infusion therapy along with private ketamine-assisted sessions. His compassionate and down-to-earth approach helps patients feel comfortable, supported, and empowered throughout their healing journey.
Outside of his clinical work, Dallin enjoys playing guitar, attending concerts, staying active, and sharing his signature sense of humor—complete with the occasional (and often appreciated) dad jokes.
Christina's scope of practice and approach as a psychiatric PA-C is influenced by her prior career as a social worker. Prior to PA school she worked in a psychology as a cognitive behavioral therapist for research in mood disorders and pain with the University of Texas at Arlington. Deciding she wanted to become more adept with psychiatrics assessments she moved to work in the emergency department at Texas Health Recourses Hospital in Dallas, Texas where she had multiple duties including administering psychiatric and chemical dependency assessments, crisis intervention, treatment planning, and resource coordination for multiple populations.
Mike has over a decade of experience working in the mental health field. He graduated from University of Southern California with a Masters in Social Work. He has his full social worker license (LCSW) in both Utah and Arizona, and is a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP). Mike has worked with a number of individuals to help them work through symptoms related to depression. ADHD, anxiety, and LGBTQ+ issues. In addition to those, Mike is also very familiar with helping others heal from trauma in various forms, as it seems to be a matter that is becoming more pervasive and acknowledged by our culture. He is trained in several therapeutic modalities that include: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT); Trauma-focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT); Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT); Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). Laughter and good humor have always been important in Mike's approach to much of life -- including therapy -- which is why he spends most of his free time with friends and family doing pretty much anything that can get a laugh which includes: open mic stand-up, video games, speaking in mostly Simpsons quotes, and running a comedy podcast with his wife (who is ALSO a therapist).
Eliana Martinez is a Spanish speaking mental health provider. She received her bachelor’s degree in social work from Brigham Young University and her master’s in social work from the University of Utah. She began her career working as a psychiatric social worker and served ethnically diverse and LGBTQ students and families throughout schools in Los Angeles. She has also worked in the emergency departments; NICU; labor and delivery. Eliana worked in both short term and residential in-patient psychiatric units where she served Military suffering from deployment trauma; patients grappling with symptoms from surviving child abuse; substance abuse; PTSD, depression, anxiety, domestic violence, generational trauma, bi-polar disorder, psychosis, and suicidality and victims of crime. Eliana enjoys teaching others the skills they need to diminish their symptoms and empower them to create positive change.
Dr. Scott Salomone, MD (he/him) completed his Psychiatric Residency training with distinction in Spanish Language and Healthcare Disparities at the University of Arizona in Tucson, Arizona where he was additionally the Chief Resident of outpatient psychiatry. He achieved his medical degree with distinction in Medical Education at Saint Louis University in Missouri where he also completed his undergraduate training in neuroscience and international studies. During his training, he gained experience treating a broad variety of mental health conditions in multiple care settings including outpatient medication management and therapy, inpatient hospitalization, consult and liaison for the hospital and emergency department, acute stabilization units, detox and rehabilitation services, and specialized treatment centers.
Dr. Salomone has found joy in the meaningful connections built in outpatient practice whether providing medication management, therapeutic services, or both with his patients. With a foundation of medical training, he strives to understand the complex physiology underlying mental health disorders and the medications, therapies, and other modalities used to treat them. He has an appreciation for ways that the mind and the body work in unison in both positive and sometimes self-defeating ways. He has had supervised training in psychodynamic psychotherapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, CBT for Insomnia, dialectical behavioral therapy, emotion focused therapy, and mentalization based therapy.
Additionally, he has completed Level 1 and Level 2 training of the Gottman Method for couple’s therapy. Dr. Salomone is passionate about care for the underserved and reducing stigma around mental health. He provides psychiatric services in both English and Spanish. He understands there are many factors that influence one’s ability and willingness to seek help and hopes to create a welcoming space for all to come and explore their mental wellness. As an advocate for the LGBTQ community, he is dedicated to providing evidence-based, individualized, and compassionate care to patients of all identities. Bob McNutt earned his Bachelor’s of Behavioral Science degree from Utah Valley University and his Master’s of Social Work degree from the University of Utah. He began his career working with adolescents at inpatient facilities and local schools, helping to improve familial relations, address behavioral issues, create healthy attachments and work toward trauma/PTSD recovery. He also provided intervention for those suffering from suicidality, addictions, chronic depression and anxiety. Bob's passion is in outpatient therapy, working with a wide range of individuals. His focus is assisting people to find better balance and peace in their lives. He is eager to help others overcome mental health and social issues through self-empowerment. Bob works with individuals and couples suffering from a wide range of mental health and relational issues. Bob is known to be blunt in the ways he helps his clients to create lasting change. He is able to work with severe cases of complex trauma, suicidal ideation, addiction, behavioral concerns, exiting abusive relationships along with day to day experiences of depression, anxiety, OCD, sleep disorders and other mental health issues.
Reynie has over 23 years of experience in providing therapeutic services in Utah communities. He earned a B.S. in Psychology and a master’s degree in social work (MSW) from Brigham Young University. Reynie was a member of Psi Chi, the International Honor Society in Psychology and was offered a director position before completing his final clinical hours as a graduate student intern. Reynie’s interpersonal and clinical skills allow him to connect with people from diverse walks of life and assist them in living lives of fulfillment and well-being. Reynie is trained in and practices Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and is well-versed in other modalities and interventions such as Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy). He is also trained in Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP). He specializes in working with individuals suffering from depression, anxiety, trauma, PTSD, grief/loss, substance, substance/behavioral addictions, and faith transitions. Reynie resides in Provo, Utah with his wife and two children. He currently enjoys spending time with his amazing family, playing and recording music, biking, and engaging in his fulfilling career.
