Michael Folaumahina, MSW, LCSW is a licensed clinical social worker providing individuals with thoughtful, evidence-based psychotherapy. Michael earned his Master of Social Work (MSW) from the University of Utah and his Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Utah Valley University. He specializes in working with adolescents and adults who are navigating anxiety, depression, PTSD/PTSI, OCD, ADHD, bipolar disorders, and complex life transitions.
His approach integrates Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), with a strong emphasis on psychoeducation. Kasey West, LCMHC is a licensed clinical mental health counselor who specializes in helping adolescents, adults, and couples heal from trauma and reconnect with a stronger sense of self, meaning, and connection. With over five years of clinical experience, Kasey is particularly known for his work with complex trauma, including childhood, relational, and sexual trauma, as well as spiritual and faith-related wounds.
Kasey is specially trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and integrates this approach with relational, person-centered, and trauma-informed care. He also works with individuals navigating anxiety, OCD, grief, body image concerns, disordered eating, and challenges related to self-worth, shame, and identity.
His approach is compassionate, gentle, and deeply relational. Kasey prioritizes creating a therapeutic space where clients feel seen, heard, and understood, while helping them reconnect with their values and internal voice. He believes healing is not only about symptom relief, but about building clarity, resilience, and self-compassion.
Kasey works with clients ages 14–75, offering both in-person and virtual sessions. He is committed to helping clients process difficult experiences, shift long-standing patterns, and move toward lasting, meaningful change.
Justice Farley, MMS, PA-C
Justice Farley, MMS, PA-C is a Certified Physician Assistant dedicated to compassionate, client-centered psychiatric care. She grew up in a small town in Southeast Idaho, where she developed a deep appreciation for community and connection and these values continue to shape her approach to mental health today.
Justice completed her Master of Medical Science at Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions, equipping her with a strong clinical foundation to serve across a wide range of mental health needs. She had previously earned her Bachelor of Science in Public Health, with an emphasis in Health Science and a minor in Psychology, from Brigham Young University.
Justice’s passion for mental health is rooted in a genuine desire to help others feel seen, understood, and supported through life's challenges. She believes mental health is an essential part of overall wellness, and is committed to honoring each person's unique story and strengths. Whether working with someone navigating anxiety, mood changes, life transitions, or other concerns, she approaches every client with empathy and care.
Outside of work, Justice enjoys reading, evening walks, and watching movies. She is married and a proud mom, and finds deep joy in both her family life and clinical work.
Dallin Bawden is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) with experience working in both inpatient and outpatient mental health settings. He earned his nursing undergraduate (RN) degree from the University of Utah in 2018. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Utah in 2018 and went on to complete his Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) in Psychiatric Mental Health at the University of Utah in 2024.
Dallin has experience treating a wide range of mental health conditions, including ADHD, Depression, Anxiety, Bipolar Disorder, OCD, and more. He specializes in ADHD and Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy.
Dallin believes in a holistic, patient-centered approach to care while recognizing effective treatment often combines medication, therapy, and lifestyle adjustments. His goal is to work collaboratively with each patient to create a customized treatment plan that aligns with their goals, values, and needs.
Dallin proudly provides LGBTQ+ affirming care and offers advanced treatment options such as ketamine infusion therapy along with private ketamine-assisted sessions. His compassionate and down-to-earth approach helps patients feel comfortable, supported, and empowered throughout their healing journey.
Outside of his clinical work, Dallin enjoys playing guitar, attending concerts, staying active, and sharing his signature sense of humor—complete with the occasional (and often appreciated) dad jokes.
Dr. Dallas Bowles is a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner with nearly 16 years of experience in healthcare, including over 11 years in mental health. He earned his Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) from the University of Utah College of Nursing in 2018 and holds board certification in psychiatric-mental health care across the lifespan. Dr. Bowles has worked in a variety of clinical settings, gaining extensive experience in complex psychiatric care. He spent about three years at Valley Behavioral Health, where he managed the Clozapine clinic. He then transitioned to Huntsman Mental Health Institute (HMHI), where he spent four years working in the Crisis Center, Bridge Program, and Long-Acting Injection Clinic. Dr. Bowles provides comprehensive psychiatric care for adults, integrating holistic care and a bio-psycho-social approach to treatment. His expertise includes diagnostic evaluations, evidence-based psychotherapy, and medication management, with a focus on depression, anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), trauma (PTSD), and attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). Dr. Bowles’ approach emphasizes individualized care, ensuring that treatment aligns with each patient's unique needs and goals. By fostering resilience and promoting overall well-being, he helps patients navigate challenges and achieve a more balanced life. Outside of his professional work, Dr. Bowles enjoys reading, traveling, staying active, and spending time with his family.
Christina's scope of practice and approach as a psychiatric PA-C is influenced by her prior career as a social worker. Prior to PA school she worked in a psychology as a cognitive behavioral therapist for research in mood disorders and pain with the University of Texas at Arlington. Deciding she wanted to become more adept with psychiatrics assessments she moved to work in the emergency department at Texas Health Recourses Hospital in Dallas, Texas where she had multiple duties including administering psychiatric and chemical dependency assessments, crisis intervention, treatment planning, and resource coordination for multiple populations.
Jonathan Flake started his career as a registered nurse working in various hospital settings and departments including medical/surgical, telemetry, and intensive care units. In his work, he frequently observed the correlation that poor mental health often leads to physical deterioration and hospitalization. Seeing this phenomenon guided Jonathan to aim his career toward mental healthcare, which he believes to be the foundation of overall well-being.
He began to work in inpatient and outpatient psychiatric settings and earned a Master of Science degree from Wilkes University in nursing as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP).
Jonathan recognizes that each client has a unique life and experience, and he works alongside them to optimize treatment strategies. He seeks to tailor care plans to help each individual meet their specific needs and achieve their personal goals.
He felt driven to a career in psychiatric mental health based on personal family experiences, his faith in God, and many other factors. Most of his life has been lived in Utah and Jonathan strives to take part in Utah’s majestic outdoor beauty as frequently as possible. His favorite activities are camping, hiking, and spending time with his family.
Maurice has worked in many practice areas throughout his nursing career, including psychiatry, oncology, palliative care, medical intensive care, hospice, and home health. Much of his psychiatry experience has been with adolescents; however, he also has many years of experience working with adults. He enjoys working with various age groups and has a natural ability to build rapport with his patients. He received his master's degree as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practioner at Maryville University and at that time, he also received a master’s degree in Business and Healthcare Administration. Outside of nursing, Maurice served in the United States Navy, where he has a passionate love for the veteran community.
His main area of interest is how the mind-body connection plays a role in overall health and healing. Maurice’s approach to treatment is patient-centered and focused on the whole person. In his view, a mental condition may not always be a mental disorder but rather a natural manifestation of some underlying imbalance.
With that, he believes a combination of traditional and holistic treatment offers the best outcome. Maurice has always enjoyed helping people and finds his work very rewarding.
Ronnie Isaacson earned his Master of Science in physician assistant studies from Northern Arizona University. Before attending PA school, Ronnie worked for Idaho Fish and Game as a Conservation Officer. Ronnie’s background in mental and behavioral health began at Montana State Hospital where he worked as a Psychiatric Technician. He also spent time at a wilderness retreat working with at-risk youth as a behavioral health paraprofessional. Here, Ronnie was impacted by the opportunity to teach these teenagers and watch as they underwent positive transformations which allowed them to regain control of their lives. In his practice, Ronnie provides psychiatric diagnostic evaluations, as well as medication management. Ronnie enjoys helping his clients find joy and purpose in their day-to-day life. In addition to his psychiatric services, Ronnie often recommends counseling, spirituality (if appropriate), proper nutrition, and exercise as tools to help his clients heal and move forward. He is also excited about the innovative treatment options available at Numinus. Ronnie believes that stability in mental health is essential to healthy relationships. He values his client’s needs by actively listening to their goals and concerns. Ronnie works to build a foundation of trust with everyone, helping him better collaborate on their treatment plans. Ronnie is a devout Christian and enjoys spending time with his family camping, hiking, and fishing.
Bob McNutt earned his Bachelor’s of Behavioral Science degree from Utah Valley University and his Master’s of Social Work degree from the University of Utah. He began his career working with adolescents at inpatient facilities and local schools, helping to improve familial relations, address behavioral issues, create healthy attachments and work toward trauma/PTSD recovery. He also provided intervention for those suffering from suicidality, addictions, chronic depression and anxiety. Bob's passion is in outpatient therapy, working with a wide range of individuals. His focus is assisting people to find better balance and peace in their lives. He is eager to help others overcome mental health and social issues through self-empowerment. Bob works with individuals and couples suffering from a wide range of mental health and relational issues. Bob is known to be blunt in the ways he helps his clients to create lasting change. He is able to work with severe cases of complex trauma, suicidal ideation, addiction, behavioral concerns, exiting abusive relationships along with day to day experiences of depression, anxiety, OCD, sleep disorders and other mental health issues.
