Tatiana "Tanya" Millett

Accepting new patients starting August 12,2024! Tatiana "Tanya" Millett earned her Bachelors of Science in Parks, Recreation and Tourism from University of Utah and her Master of Social Work from Arizona State University. In the last six years, Tanya has gained experience working with individuals who struggle with substance use issues, childhood trauma, sexual trauma, various mental health issues and veterans who struggle with PTSD. As a therapist, Tanya’s passion lies in helping individuals heal from past trauma, overcome mental health struggles, and improve their overall well-being.

With a specialization in trauma-informed care, Tanya utilizes a combination of psychodynamic and mindfulness-based approaches to help individuals heal from past wounds, discover their inner strength, and unlock their full potential
