Gabrielle is dedicated to supporting people in search of better understanding themselves and adapting to change. She works with collaborative and warm approach, prioritizing the development of a feeling of empowerment among the client. Her therapeutic style focuses on curiosity, authenticity and compassion. She has been trained in third-wave cognitive and behavioral therapies (e.g., acceptance and commitment therapy, dialectical-behavioral therapy) and currently works with an integrative approach drawing inspiration from mindfulness-based therapies, mentalization-based therapy, theories on the nervous system and attachment, and internal family systems. The most important thing for Gabrielle is to establish a climate of trust and security in relationship with her client. During the sessions, Gabrielle actively listens to her clients and intervenes to help them curiously observe their inner world with the aim of helping them develop perspective and a feeling of internal safety. This environment facilitates the implementation of actions committed to the best interests of the client and consistent with their values and goals.
