Alanna Fish

PHYSIOTHERAPIST

Alanna graduated from the University of Toronto with a Masters of Science in Physical Therapy after completing her Bachelor of Arts with Honours in Kinesiology at the University of Western Ontario. She is registered with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario and is a current member of the Canadian Physiotherapy Association. Alanna is a mentor and clinical instructor for University of Toronto Physical Therapy students. Alanna has a special interest in treating concussions and post-concussion syndrome, chronic headache, and musculoskeletal injuries. Alanna’s treatment approach focuses on creating individualized programs which incorporate client specific goals. Her primary tools include manual therapy, exercise prescription, acupuncture, as well as education to build the most effective program for each patient. Alanna is passionate about continued education and has completed courses in manual therapy, concussion and post-concussion syndrome, soft tissue release, medical acupuncture, basic sport taping, and temporomandibular joint dysfunction. Alanna is excited to implement the best treatment plans for all of her clients to help each individual regain skills and mobility they had pre-injury from recreational physical activity to highly competitive sport.
