The Family Health Team (FHT) Concussion Rehabilitation Program is a collaborative approach between primary care teams in Ontario and the occupational therapy team at Numinus to provide virtual concussion rehabilitation services.
Clients access a structured 4-week virtual concussion program to facilitate recovery and return to daily activities.

success of the program
The pilot program was launched in March 2022 to help rehabilitate patients from the Georgian Bay Family Health Team.
Specifically, when surveyed after completing this program, 33% of patients demonstrated an improvement in daily activity tolerance, 67% of patients demonstrated an improvement in their symptom scores, and 83% reported satisfaction with the program.
