Carl Lemieux is a Senior Psychologist at Mindspace, where he supports leaders, individuals and teams to unleash their full potential, using increased awareness on what it means to have a life of meaning, impact and happiness while identifying and working with those aspects that tend to keep us stuck in our patterns and automatic reflexes.Within organizations, Carl supports clients with cultural transformation services, executive coaching, leadership development and workshops, all of which leverage mindfulness as a strategic lever to enhance organizational and human potential. He works with clients in both English and French. With over 30 years’ experience, Carl has supported the design of complex transformation initiatives and coached executive teams throughout the process. His involvement often starts with defining the corporate strategy & purpose, the required transformation journey and aligning individuals with expected results. Carl is a licensed industrial and organizational psychologist from Université de Montréal and the University of Ottawa, as well as a member of the Quebec Order of Psychologists. He holds an EMBA from Université du Québec à Montréal. He is also a Qualified Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction teacher (MBSR; Centre for Mindfulness, University of Massachusetts) and trained in Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT).
