Approach:
I pride myself on easily creating a positive rapport, in order to provide you with a safe space to talk about personal struggles, without feeling judged. My approach is based on compassion and empowerment, while cultivating insight and self-awareness. My interventions are strength based, while taking into account prior lived experiences or traumas. My focus is to provide you with an outlet, as well as with tools, to help you achieve your personal goals in a healthy way.
