Cathrine believes that relationships to ourselves, one another, the land, and all living beings have the ability to inspire, heal, and transform us. Throughout her own healing journey she has come to believe that experiences of deep connection, wholeness, and happiness are not only possible, but are our unique birthright as humans. Cathrine is a Canadian Certified Counsellor and Registered Clinical Counsellor with over 15 years experience working with a wide range of mental health issues including PTSD and complex PTSD, historical and intergenerational trauma, workplace stress and burnout, depression, anxiety, grief and loss, relationship issues, and addictions. Cathrine is trained to deliver Ketamine-Assisted Therapy and is currently pursuing additional training in the delivery of other modalities of psychedelic-assisted therapy. Cathrine is passionate about facilitating processes of inner awakening and personal growth, with a special interest in the role of psychedelic-assisted therapy in healing from experiences of violence and trauma.
