As a life coach and a counsellor, Claire enjoys helping people identify and achieve their personal goals by coping with the issues causing them anxiety and stress. She works with a wide range of clients: level-up, multicultural, dating, relationships, sports performance, traumatic brain injury, business owners, financial issues and career counselling. She collaborates with clients to find the best route to promote their growth. She believes we are all capable of developing meaningful lives even within struggle and hardship.
She takes a person-centred, solution-focused and collaborative approach and incorporates curiosity, creativity (expressive art) and compassion into her work. She seeks to work with clients to explore their strengths while supporting them in developing new skills and setting goals to achieve positive change.
The essential factor in creating meaningful and sustainable change is a relationship based on a strong connection. There needs to be trust, respect and understanding. Claire is into arts, fitness, tennis, golf, dance, music, cooking and travel. She has lived in Shanghai, New York, Montreal and Florida.
