David Denis is a compassionate, calm and highly-experienced Registered Psychotherapist who has helped more than 1000 clients improve their mood, anxiety, trauma, and stress. He believes that treating the whole mind and body is the most effective approach to achieving wellness and happiness.

In addition to his certification as a therapist, David has a degree in naturopathic medicine, and he applies evidence-based principles of nutrition, sleep, and whole-body health to the care of his clients. David has expertise in various forms of psychotherapy, and has provided training to many other therapists and healthcare providers. He was a founding member of the Centre for Mindfulness Studies in Toronto where he led therapy groups for people suffering from anxiety, depression, stress, and physical illnesses such as cancer. While in Toronto, he also held a position on the faculty of the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine, teaching the core Psychology curriculum. David has experience working with people with the following diagnoses: Depressive disorders including Major Depression, Dysthymia, and Bipolar Disorder Anxiety disorders including Generalized Anxiety, Social Anxiety, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, Panic Attacks, and other specific phobias Chronic diseases such as Irritable Bowel Syndrome, Chronic Fatigue, Fibromyalgia, Inflammatory Bowel Disease, Diabetes, and Cancer which can cause significant emotional distress He has also helped many people without mental health diagnoses, who are just bogged down by the stresses of life and are interested in finding more energy, calm and happiness. In addition to offering psychotherapy, David is also an experienced Performance Coach offering mental training for athletes, artists, entrepreneurs and esport athletes. He has worked with top organizations including Cloud9, TSM, T1, Gen.G, and Evil Geniuses.
