Instructional Designer

Dillon is an Instructional Designer with Numinus on the Practitioner Training team. He is responsible for building the courses in Numi-U and working with Subject Matter Experts to create content, slide decks, and other learning materials. Dillon is passionate about learning, instructional design, content curation, and languages. Dillon previously worked with D2L as the manager of their instructional design team, guiding the creation of a wide variety of academic and non-academic courses. Dillon has taught linguistics, French, and cultural studies at Conestoga College and the University of Guelph. He has extensive training experience across the non-profit, private, and public sectors in academic, learning and development, and professional development contexts. Dillon also has experience with web development, graphic design, motion graphics animation, script writing, LMS administration, and project management.
