Hannah Banks, PMHNP-BC
About Hannah graduated as a nurse in 2016 and then received her bachelor's degree in nursing from Westminster College in 2018. She decided to pursue the mental health field as a nurse practitioner after working as a nurse in an emergency room and finding a passion for its specialty. Hannah received her master's degree in nursing from Maryville University and then became a board-certified Primary Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in the spring of 2022. She enjoys listening to her patient's needs and coming up with creative, patient-centred care that is tailored to her patients using diverse treatment modalities such as medication management, therapy, and lifestyle, and psychedelic therapies. Hannah loves to impower her patients to help them make decisions that will improve overall mental health and give them the tools necessary to do so. Hannah has experience working with those with chronic illness, eating disorders, anxiety, depression, and childhood mental illnesses like ADHD and ODD. She also enjoys being an LGBTQ ally. She enjoys offering an array of interventions to help her diverse patient populations grow to their best authentic selves.
