Kinita St-Firmin

Kinita St-Firmin is a licensed practical nurse from the School of Health Trades. She works at the Lachine Hospital (MUHC), mainly with older patients—a clientele she is particularly passionate about supporting. Kinita has also participated in humanitarian aid projects in Haiti to help the poorest communities, particularly orphanages. For her, helping the most vulnerable is at the heart of her values as a healthcare professional. She is very interested in new mental health treatments and the use of psychedelics to treat certain mental health disorders. She is also very keen to join the Mindspace team to help build the ketamine-assisted psychotherapy clinic.
