Sandrine Huez
Mindfulness teacher, professional coach, MD, PhD.
In Belgium, Sandrine practiced cardiology in a university hospital in Brussels. For about 20 years, she accompanied patients with chronic diseases, most of whom were waiting for transplants. Since 2019, Sandrine lives in Montreal with her family and is working as a professional coach. She is member of the ICF (International Coaching Federation) and she is certified by New Ventures West, trained at the Convivium school in Montreal. In 2012, Sandrine discovered mindfulness after having encountered illness herself. Integrating this practice into her daily life since then, she decided to train to teach it. She is a qualified MBSR (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction) instructor since 2018 and is currently completing her final certification (IPC Belgium and CFM from the University of California at San Diego-UCSD). In MBSR programs, Sandrine is driven by the desire to share her practice in the most welcoming setting possible for everyone.
