Sarah is a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) and holds a Masters of Psychological Counselling degree from Yorkville University. Sarah provides support to her clients through emotionally-focused therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, dialectical behaviour therapy, narrative work, and mindfulness-based practices to address experiences with stress and anxiety, depression, obsessive-compulsions, self-esteem, gender and sexual identity, anger management, and relational attachments. Sarah is experienced in working with youth and adult populations including clients within the LGBTQ+ community. Her approach to client care includes elements of thought processing and reflection, emotional awareness and regulation, self-compassion, individual strengths and empowerment, values, and motivation, in order to help clients achieve a greater sense of self, confidence, and connection in life.
