Tamara helps her clients access their own body-based inner wisdom so that they can find answers that are right for them and their life. Body centered approaches are helpful because while our minds are busy trying to figure things out, our body has a sense of what resonates. Approaching difficulties with curiosity and self-compassion allows us to transform and heal, and to connect to new resources.
Tamara is a Registered Clinical Counsellor who has worked and taught in the field of trauma healing for over 20 years in a variety of settings, including Chopra Addiction and Wellness Centre, Roots to Thrive ketamine assisted therapy program, and teaching for 4 years in Adler University’s Masters of Counseling Psychology and Art Therapy program.
She is honoured to accompany people on their healing journey.
