I'm so impressed with the overall rigor and embodied experiential approach to the material. All of the facilitators are truly top notch, and I like how they rotate to offer a multiplicity of voices and perspectives. Each of them truly embody what our work here is all about, that is, a true calling. As a 20+ yoga and meditation professional I often craved a deeper experiential dive into Inner Family Systems and some of the more "bottom up" (less cognitive/heady approach) somatic and mindfulness techniques I knew were happening in the mental health field but weren't being shared robustly in my area. Numinus is doing this really well. And I can't tell you how cool it is to be in courses with professionals who have 10, 20 and 30+ years of clinical experience. That in and of itself raises the bar on learning.
